Throwin' Bombs MMA fighter James Barris of Chatham, Ontario, Canada was born on October 15, 1990, James now lives and trains in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. He trains out of MFC Windsor (Maximum Fitness Centre Windsor) under Rino Belcastro and Domenic Rossi. Kick boxing and Jiu Jitsu are his strengths. Currently fighting at 135 lbs. James "Sweet bod" Barris as his friends affectionately call him, has many amateur bouts under his belt. He most recently fought his last two bouts with Donofrio MMA Promotions Meadow Brook Cage Fight Festival and the Righteous Rumble at the Palace in Auburn Hills, Michigan, USA.
Throwin' Bombs boxer, Mary "The Truth" Spencer of Wiarton, Ontario, Canada was born on December 12, 1984, Mary now lives and trains in Windsor, Ontario, at Windsor Amateur Boxing Club under Charlie Stewart a two time Canadian Olympic Boxing Coach. Her style is described as a power puncher using her biggest strength of hand speed for throwin' bombs.Mary is a consecutive six time Canadian Champion and two time reigning AIBA World Champion (2005 and 2008).
Mary is currently training for the Elite Canadian National Championship held in St. Hyacinthe, Quebec, January 26-30, 2010. Her record stands at 95 wins, 5 losses.
A friend of Throwin' Bombs.com, Adam Wallace is a hockey enforcer for the Windsor Spitfires. Born in Woodstock, Ontario, Canada, Adam came up through the Ontario Minor Hockey Association.We are not a sponsor of Adam Wallace. We contacted Adam and he has been really nice and receptive to us and the best part of all he wears our t-shirts and helps get our name out there in the hockey world.

Throwin' Bombs MMA fighter, "Seek and Destroy" Sebastien Deroy of Laval, Quebec was born on August 14, 1984, Sebastien now lives in London, Ontario, Canada. Seb trains out of Team Glavas MMA Fight Club under Boris Glavas.Seb is 1-1 as a professional MMA fighter with a win in his last bout in the Cayman Islands.
He is scheduled to head back to the Cayman Islands at a future date in 2010.
Throwin' Bombs MMA fighter Junie Browning of Lexington, Kentucky, USA was born on May 12, 1985, Junie's contract with the UFC was recently terminated due to an incident which occurred in October 2009 involving an altercation with staff at St. Rose Dominican Hospital in Henderson, Nevada.We wish Junie a speedy recovery and a chance to get his life in order to once again be a top fighter in MMA.
A friend of Throwin' Bombs.com, Steve Cunningham is a professional boxer and former IBF Cruiserweight Champion (2007). Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA on July 15, 1976 Steve is schduled to fight for the vacant IBF Cruiserweight Title in early 2010.We are not a sponsor of Steve Cunningham.
